Tiger Athletics Give Day (#TAGD), Princeton Athletics’ 24-hour giving challenge, returns for its 11th year on National Giving Tuesday, Dec. 3.

The past decade has seen Princeton Athletics and its Tiger community come together and contribute more than 75,000 gifts as part of TAGD in support of its 38 varsity programs and more than 1,000 student-athletes.

Varsity Friends Groups will once again compete for total donors and total dollars by bracket on TAGD, while working to Go for the Gold and beat their 10-year historical dollars raised average to Top Your Ten. Additionally, the Princeton Varsity Club (PVC) will be working to secure 15+ new PVC Lifetime Members

At stake on TAGD are bragging rights, team-specific challenges and $200,000 in bonus funds provided generously by the PVC Board of Directors. Over the past decade, the PVC Board has contributed over $2 million in bonus funds that have directly benefited our varsity Athletics Friends Groups.

Princetonians can support their respective Athletics Friends Group and/or the PVC by making a gift online at TAGD.Princeton.edu or call 609-986-TAGD (8243) on Dec. 3. Any gift of $20 or more will count in the respective donor leaderboards, while gifts of any amount count in the Total Dollars Raised and Top Your Ten competitions as detailed on the TAGD website

We encourage Tigers everywhere to follow the live leaderboards throughout the day and engage and join the action on social media using #TAGD. Throughout TAGD, Princeton Athletics will highlight Golden Moments across its 38 varsity programs and encourage you to share your top Princeton memories and moments as well.

For those who have already made a gift in support of Princeton Athletics — thank you! The Princeton Department of Athletics is incredibly appreciative of the ongoing investment of so many, and it is this support which allow for our continued pursuit of Competitive Excellence and Education Through Athletics.
